National highways:

Further to previous works notifications, we write to advise you that the A52 between the M1 Junction 25 and the A1 at Barrowby scheme is now being re-scheduled.

The scheme has been re-scheduled to avoid potential clashes with other road works along the A52 and due to lost time due to unforeseen weather conditions. This strategy minimises disruption and confusion wherever possible with regards to works traffic diversions.

When will the work take place?

We will work overnight between 8pm and 6am as per the locations and dates outlined below.

• A52 Westbound Queens Drive Exit Slip – 14th – 15th March
• A52 Eastbound Priory Roundabout to QMC – 15th – 16th March
• A52 Eastbound & Westbound Bingham to Barrowby – 4th – 9th April

Bingham level crossing will be closed at Kirk Hill/Chapel Lane from 10:30pm on Sunday the 17th of April until 5:00am on Monday the 18th of April. Please see the attached document for further information.

Swallow Drive (between its junctions with Kestrel Drive and Avocet Close) will be closed temporarily between 8:00am and 5:00pm on Monday the 4th of April to repair a manhole cover. Please see the attached document for further information.

Temporary traffic signals will be in place on Nottingham Road (at its junction with Brewsters Close) from today (4th February) until Tuesday the 8th of February to fix a burst water main. Please see the attached document for further information.
