Temporary four-way traffic signals will be in operation on Chapel Lane, Bingham (at its Junction with Dunsmore Avenue) 24 hours a day from Monday the 14th to Friday the 25th of August. The signals will include temporary push button pedestrian crossings. These measures are necessary to allow for the excavation needed to enable utilities to make service connections.
