Notice of Public Rights and Publication of Unaudited Annual Governance & Accountability Return for the Year Ended 31 March 2021

Following the resolution by Council to sign the Annual Governance and Accountability Return at its meeting on Tuesday 25 May 2021, the Public Rights of Inspection period will commence on Thursday 01 July and end on Thursday 11 August 2021. Nottinghamshire’s big weekend for vaccinations

Friday, 25th of June 2021 to Monday, 28th of June 2021

As part of Nottinghamshire’s Big Weekend for Vaccinations , walk-in Covid-19 jabs for all adults are available from Friday 25th to Monday 28th June 8am – 8pm in the nine vaccination sites below:

All those eligible for their first Covid-19 vaccine can walk into any of these vaccination with no booking required.  Second doses are also available for anybody who had their first jab on or before 30th April.  Find out more: Big Weekend for Vaccinations

There are also clinics offering walk-in vaccinations for anyone aged over 18 who hasn’t had their first dose at Retford Hospital Vaccination Centre 10.30am to 5pm on 26 June and at Newgate Medical Group in Worksop on 26 June 1.30-5pm and Sunday 27 June 9.30am-12.30pm.  More info is available on the Bassetlaw CCG website .

These clinics are all part of a national campaign so anyone who lives outside of Nottinghamshire will be able to access a similar offer at their local vaccination centre – check with your local CCG for more information.

Nottinghamshire projects offered last chance to apply for a grant from the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle fund

With just one week to go, Veolia (Nottinghamshire County Council’s recycling and waste contractor) encourages projects to make an application for a grant from the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle fund before the deadline on Friday 25th June. The Reduce, Reuse, Recycle fund is a community fund designed to support projects that inspire people to think differently about their waste.

The fund is open to not-for-profit community groups, schools and charities based in the county of Nottinghamshire (excluding the city of Nottingham) and grants of up to £1,000 for projects which help Nottinghamshire to Reduce, Reuse or Recycle materials are available.
