Digital showcase event heads to Rushcliffe to boost local business

Businesses are being invited to a special showcase event being held in Rushcliffe as part of partnership project which is designed to help grow the local economy.

Funded by Rushcliffe Borough Council and delivered by East Midlands Chamber (Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire) and Rushcliffe Business Partnership, the free event will focus on some of the latest developments in digital technology – helping companies better connect with their customers and drive up sales and productivity.

With around 100 free places up-for-grabs on the all-day event on 28 September, businesses from Rushcliffe and the wider Nottinghamshire area are being urged not to miss their chance for a place on the day.

It is being run as part of the D2N2 Digital Growth Programme that provides dedicated support and grants to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) located in the D2N2 area of Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottingham and runs until June 2019.

The event at Rushcliffe Arena will see three of the programme’s expert consultants deliver presentations in key areas:

  • What’s New in Search
  • How to Segment Your Data and to Increase Leads and Conversions
  • What’s New in Social

There will also be opportunities to connect with like-minded businesses, including a networking breakfast sponsored by Rushcliffe Business Partnership – kicking the day off from 8am.

The Digital Growth Programme is funded by the European Regional Development Fund, and managed by East Midlands Chamber and a range of delivery partners.
